A low-stock trigger, not a stock count
StockPing records reminders and events. It does not maintain a live quantity-on-hand ledger, place orders or replace accounting and tax records.
One device, one workspace
This MVP does not synchronise separate workers’ phones. A shared workshop device is the simplest setup, backed up regularly with the JSON export.
The demo is useful, but limited
The public demo supports up to 10 items. QR labels, reorder actions, exports and the delete control are available so you can test the workflow.
Direct pilot ordering is manual
The order button opens an email. No payment is collected on this website. Danielle confirms the direct payment method and access steps before you pay.

Does a repeated scan add duplicate order lines?
No. An open request stays on one queue line. Quantity increases only when the person explicitly chooses to increase it.
Will it order from my supplier?
No. It prepares CSV, printable and copyable order lists. You confirm the exact products, quantities, prices and supplier terms before ordering.
Does Betty Independent receive my stock list?
No. App records stay in local browser storage on the device. Your exported backup may contain commercially sensitive information, so store it securely.
How do I buy during the pilot?
Email from the direct-order button. You will receive the payment and access details before paying. The introductory price is A$19.95 including Australian GST.
