Before ordering
Size and materials
One size: 31.5 × 15.5 inches, approximately 80 × 39 cm. The mat has a polyester fabric surface, natural rubber backing, anti-fray edges and an approximate thickness of 0.10 inches (2.5 mm). The blank product is sourced from China. It is printed to order through Colorway.
Can I write directly on it?
No. This is not sold as a whiteboard or dry-erase surface, and marker use is not recommended. It is designed for separate notes or paper cards. Adhesives vary, so test any low-tack note or tape gently in a corner and keep loose cards away from fans, children and pets.
Production, delivery and tracking
Printify lists typical Colorway production as 2 to 5 business days before shipping. For Australia, Colorway’s current rate table lists US$12.69 for the first mat and shipping up to 3–6 business days after production. These are supplier estimates, not guarantees. The delivery method, final price, tax, estimate and tracking shown after the customer enters their address at Printify checkout control the order. Colorway has an Australian facility, but Printify may route production elsewhere when local fulfilment is unavailable.
Returns and order problems
Because the mat is printed after ordering, change-of-mind returns and size exchanges are not offered. Printify provides first-line order support. A damaged or defective item can qualify for a reprint or refund when reported to Printify within 30 days of delivery with the requested photos. Incorrect customer addresses and other exceptions are handled under Printify’s checkout policies.

This is an everyday planning surface, not a therapeutic, medical, behaviour-management or emergency product. No particular independence, sensory or support outcome is promised. Choose words, pictures and the amount of information with the person using it.
